About Us
1EARTH was the original experiment. Mid-90s optimism, long nights, building things because we could. It worked.
2EARTH is what happens when you put the band back together with experience, scar tissue, and a clearer sense of what actually matters.
We build practical systems that make complex things behave. No theatre. No buzzwords. Just clear thinking, solid engineering, and relationships that last longer than software trends.
We created CARDA, the automation and compliance platform for RTO’s.
Yes, we’re directors.
No, we’re not wearing suits about it.
We work comfortably with educators, tradies, and the occasional federal minister. The job is the same in every room: make it make sense, make it work, and make it reliable.
1EARTH was the rehearsal.
2EARTH is the album.
Skipper
Marcus
Director & Creative Lead
Founding member of 1EARTH and current captain of 2EARTH. Keeps the big picture intact and the small details honest. Equal parts creative instinct and commercial reality. Responsible for direction, tone, and occasionally calling time on ideas that sounded better at midnight.
Head of Big Deals
Parky
Director & People Network Lead
The steady hand behind large customers and long relationships. Knows what works at scale and what breaks when it meets the real world. Speaks fluent “volume” and keeps the big end of town comfortable without ever pretending to be corporate.
Head of Keeping It Running
Simmo
Director & Tech Lead
Builder of the engine room. Designs infrastructure that behaves itself and fixes it calmly when it doesn’t. Believes good systems should be invisible, reliable, and quietly impressive. If everything’s working, he’s already thinking three steps ahead.
